The holiday flat is located in a holiday home with 6 similar flats. The house is located in a quiet location in the village of Volparija, which is part of the Savudrija-Umag area. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air, nature and peace thanks to the area's pine forests. The pride of the area is the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic, the Savudrija Lighthouse, built in 1818. The beach is a good 900 metres away and can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. The centre of Umag 7 km from the house, in the centre of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground right by the sea. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is recommended to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag: Tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, nightclubs, various boat or bus excursions.
