This attractive holiday apartment is located in a historic villa with a large, well-maintained garden and freshwater pool in Savudrija, just 70 metres from the sea. The 36 m² attic apartment features a 20 m² terrace with sea view, equipped with seating furniture and a parasol.



The air-conditioned living, dining and cooking area is equipped with satellite TV, a dining table for four people, a sofa bed for two guests and a kitchen unit integrated like a cupboard. This contains a refrigerator, freezer compartment, sink, 2-plate cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. The separate bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a mirror. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
