This spacious holiday apartment extends over two levels and offers comfortable living space of 67 m² for up to six people. The accommodation has two bedrooms – a double room with a 180 x 200 cm bed and another with two single beds – as well as a modern bathroom with shower and hydromassage. The open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room invites you to spend time together. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping options. Air conditioning, dishwasher, SAT-TV and WiFi are of course available.



Particularly appealing is the covered balcony with sea view, which is accessible from the living room and offers space for up to four people – perfect for ending the day with breakfast or a relaxed evening meal.



The villa is located only about 200 metres from the sea, embedded in an idyllic and tranquil environment with a large green area and olive trees between the house and the coast. A private freshwater pool and a sun terrace with loungers complement the offering for relaxing holiday days.



Zambratija is located approximately 4 km from Umag and offers a variety of leisure activities in addition to beautiful beaches (concrete plateaus and sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity), such as water sports, sailing, tennis, and horseback riding. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities are easily accessible.
