Beautiful villa "Moira". 2 km from the centre of Umag, in a sunny position, from the sea, 160 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool with privacy (25 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 10.Oct.). Barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 150 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 4.8 km, pebble beach 160 m, rocky beach 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, tennis 70 m, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 200 m. The unit consists of the main house and 3 small, separate houses, rented as one unit. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Hunden 2 Wochen dort. Es gab mehr als genug Platz für alle. Das ganze Areal ist abgegrenzt, so dass die Hunde frei laufen konnten. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer mit Fels-und Hundestrand. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen war M. stets schnell hilfsbereit. Poolpumpe war defekt+WC Spülung tropfte. Abends gab es sehr viele Stechmücken. In den Häusern trieben sich gerne Tausendfüßler und kleine Skorpione rum.

War eine schöne Zeit

Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. War schön und hatte Flair. Es war sauber. Und es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die kleinen Skorpione haben uns nicht gestört. Für Hunde ist es perfekt. Schade dass durch die Dürre wenig grüne Wiese da war. Die Kaffeemaschine gehört ausgetauscht. Die läuft nicht sondern sie tröpfelt. Ansonsten war das Haus und die Bungalows perfekt für zwei Familien und größere Kinder, die gerne Zeit für sich haben wollen. WLAN könnte stärker sein.

Eine unvergesslich schöne Woche in einem wirklich tollen Feriendomizil. Wir waren begeistert von der Lage, dem Zustand und der allgemeinen Idylle dieser Unterkunft. Beide Daumen hoch und mit Sicherheit kommen wir wieder!

Traumurlaub mit Kindern und Hund

Tolles Haus auf eingewachsenem Grundstück mit viel Privatsphäre, ca. 200 m bis zum Kiesstrand und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wen die Skorpione nicht stören, die in den alten Steinwänden wohnen, kann hier einen Traumurlaub verbringen. Durch die Aufteilung in mehrere Häuser kann man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Für uns ein traumhafter Kroatienurlaub.

Fotos auf der Homepage gehen nicht mit der Realität konform: 1.Ungepflegter Garten(Große Flächen mit roter Erde und harten Wurzeln.).2.Die Benutzung der vorhandenen Bewässerung war von der Besitzerin nicht gewün-scht.3.Mangelnde Hygiene: Empfeh-lung, das Pool ohne Dusche zu benutzen, da es entgegen der Realität keine Aussendusche gäbe. 4.Über-mäßiger Chlorzusatz im Pool erzeugte Reizung von Augen,Nase,Haut. 5.Keine Ph-Wert Messung.6.Naher Disko-Lärm.7.Skorpion im Haus. 8.Quallen im Meer.

W domu jest tylko jedna mała klimatyzacja ktora nawet salonu nie jest w stanie schłodzić. Dom zabytkowy, nie można ruszać niektórych rzeczy. W domkach obok nie ma klimatyzacji, jest ciepło i ciemno.

XXX ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage des Objektes und der große Garten sind wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Durch die durchgehende Umzäunung verbrachten wir mit unserem Hund entspannte Tage. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienunterkunft war bestens geeignet für eine große Familie oder befreundete Personen. Im herrlichen Garten konnte sich unser Hund frei bewegen und der Pool war sehr sauber und angenehm temperiert. Das Haupthaus war gut ausgestattet und die Terrassen wunderbar. Die Privatsphäre der Reisenden war hoch, da es noch 3 Bungalows auf dem Gelände gab. Diese waren einfach eingerichtet, eine helle Wandfarbe wäre schöner. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Urlaub genossen.

Krásný pobyt v soukromí

Skvělé ubytování pro rodinu s dětmi klid, velká zahrada .Velký bonus je bazén a krytá terasa u hlavního domu koupelny a toalety ke každé ložnici . Dostatečné vybavení kuchyně . Venkovní gril . Umístění v klidné části destinace . Nevýhodou jsou nepřiměřené ceny v místním obchodě a žádný výběr,nakupovat se vyplatí jezdit do Umagu XXX XXX .Lepsí pláže jsou cca 1km od ubytování moře je přiměřené nedá se ovšem kvalitou srovnat např. s jižním pobřežím Makarskou Ostrovy atd.
