Hundefreundlich, mit genialem Garten

Das Haus ist zwar einfach, aber sauber und vollkommen ausreichend. Der Garten ist absolute Spitze, bietet Sonne und Schatten und ist ideal, wenn man mit Hunden unterwegs ist. Gleich neben dem Strand, so dass man sich nicht die betonierten Strandabschnitte mit anderen teilen muss. Herrlich! Man kann zu Fuß gut einkaufen gehen, ist in Null komma nix im Zentrum und am Hafen.

Úžasná zahrada a lokalita

Úžasná lokalita, može ze 2 stran zahrady u severní branky přístup rovnou k moři - opravdu jednotky metrů, v tomto jarním termínu šlo téměř o soukormou pláž (kameny, tzn. pro bez problému pohyblivé). Druhá upravaná pláž je velice blízko i s barem, byl v provozu i v květnu. Zahrada naprosto kouzelná, dost stínu i slunce, velký prostor, grilování. Byli jsme s našimi 2ma malými pejsky a všichni jsme si zahradu moc užili. Dům je vybaven vším potřebným. Bylo čisto, uklizeno. Rozhodně chceme zopakovat.

Haus mit großem Garten in Strandnähe

Das Haus liegt in einem großen Garten in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Steinstrand. Es ist perfekt geeignet für Leute mit Kindern und / oder Hund. Der Weg ins Stadtzentrum von Umag ist kurz und bequem zu Fuß machbar. Unweit des Grundstücks gibt es eine Strandbar. Das Haus ist mit den nötigen Dingen ausgestattet, lediglich das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und jederzeit leicht erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Klein aber sehr fein

Ein schon etwas älteres Haus mit ebensolchem Inventar, aber trotzdem sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlage. Hausrat in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Traumhafte ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse direkt am Meer, großer eigener Garten, ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund und für Ruhesuchende. Das Ortszentrum sowie Bäckerei und Lebensmittel sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Zugänge ins Meer in etwa 50 m Entfernung am öffentlichen Strand mit kleiner Beachbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin!

Lage recht gut, Inneneinrichtung verbesserungswürdig (abgewohnt - veraltet), Garten (wahrscheinlich wegen Saisonende) ziemlich ungepflegt.
