The house is located in the village of Valica just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by a spacious garden in the fenced property ideal for families with pets. The famous pebble beach Kanegra is also easily reachable on foot (1500 m), near the La Parenzana cycle path for cycling lovers along which it will be a joy to admire the wonders of western Istria. In a few minutes by car you can reach excellent restaurants offering excellent typical Istrian fish and meat menus, the city center of Umag and the market. The comfortable holiday home offers on the ground floor a large living room with satellite TV, two comfortable sofas, tables and armchairs, an exit to the terrace and garden, free Wi-Fi internet access, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, 4 electric ceramic hobs, dining table with six seats, a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer and outside the window, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly), from the lounge an internal solid wood staircase leads to the upper floor.
