Good tour stay place for shorter trips

The hotel stay was overall good. The breakfast options were nice too. My only complaint was that I had to redo everything at the check-in screen to get my keys, even though I did an online check-in before arrival. The beds could have been a little better but it was just a minor thing

nice and clean hotel, all staffs are nice and friendly But, I had an unpleasant and scary visit on Friday night 12 Dec 2025. the owner of the hotel came to my hotel room after 21:00 , he knocked the door and said my payment card was decline which mean the transaction didn't go through, then I change to a new card to pay then it was worked , the transaction went through ( reservet) and I did show him my transaction, However I though everything was Ok, unexpectedly he came back again around 21:15 ( 2nd time) knocked the door and said to me that he didn't receive money , then he started talking about he could call to police if he didn't receive money transaction, anyway since the different bank and country it would take awhile before transaction set in. therefore I tried to explain him about it, seem he accepted, then he left, But he came back again for the 3rd time knocked the door , this time he brought the lap top with him and show me that transaction didn't go through , according to my bank and transaction history its say money is gone from my account, So I told him I will call the bank on saturday morning( becourse I will be checking out 13 dec) and either pay at the front desk when i check out if the hotel don't get money within saturday morning. ,it seemed he understand and satisfy. During I was checking out, I asked the front desk staff , she said its was ok , they received the money.. However this situation i have never had in my life , it was unpleasant

När vi kom till hotellet på kvällen var receptionen stängd och vi fick checka manuellt. Vi fick hjälpa en kvinna som inte klarade detta. Ytterligare två personer hade problem och fick ringa för att få hjälp att checks in. För vår del gick det bra. Rummet var fint och stort. Perfekt att parkera ut kostnad och bra läge på hotellet. Utmärkt frukost och i övrigt fina utrymmen. Vi kommer tillbaka nästa gång vi kommer till Umeå. MVH Jörgen

Ok att bo här för några nätter om man är på genomresa eller liknande. Upplevde däremot att det kunde vara lite varmt i rummen och i matrummen nu under sommaren. Bra hotell om man har bil, och färdas uppåt eller neråt för stopp. Finns kök att ställa in egen mat i kylskåp och att äta på plats. Ett stort plus att det serveras frukost.
