Excellent stay! Have stayed recently at a so called 5star Hotel and was not happy. My stay Garden court felt like a 5star hotel. Good food, super clean and pleasant staff!!
Our visit was short, but we were made to feel that we were staying forever. There is no area that we can fault, except for the cost of transport from the airport. We were charged R250 from airport to you, the return trip was R150.00. Big difference, but out of your hands. Thank yo we will do this again.
This is my favorite spot to stay when traveling for business in KZN. It is central, close to the mall and nice restaurants. If you don't have a car, everything is in walking distance
The hotel was very welcoming and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and we also arranged packed breakfasts a couple of times when we were on excursions.
We really enjoyed our stay there and would happily return/recommend.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. I was however slightly perturbed by the size of the rooms, they are very small. I was also unhappy that there was no complimentary water and the fact that you only get 300MB Wi Fi per day where most other hotels offer uncapped.
Everything was fine except for the tissue and the internet. Only about 10 tissues put in the holder plus they were hard to get out. If you need to charge more for total internet access, then do so. This 350mb is cheap and makes you look cheap. Get some more menus in the Restaurant. They had to come and take ours to give them to another table.
Very helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms and good facilities on ground floor. Room overlooked a busy noisy road and the aircon was quite loud, but hotel moved us on the second night to a much quieter room overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard was a nice space but barely used or promoted. Location handy for main shopping and restaurants but our preference would have been to be nearer the waterfront which was 25mins walk away.
Good stay, a basic hotel which is located at a premium location, minutes away from Gateway Mall, all shopping and eating destination in uMlanga area. If you are here for work or a tourist who will be spending the day outside and come back to have nice food and get a good night sleep, then this hotel is the perfect place to stay. Just across the hotel is a fuel / gas station which has a convenio store to get your daily needs stuff, just Incase you have forgotten them, they also sell beer in the store !!!
