The stay at the hotel was excellent very central of all restaurants and the mall. The only disappointment was they didn't offer lunch and dinner available at the hotel restaurant on Saturday. So we had to eat somewhere else. But overall a very nice Hotel.

Lovely, comfortable one night stay. Staff were very friendly and most accomodating. When they noticed my elderly mother with us, we were offered a more suitable room to accomodate her needs.

Wonderful experience! 5 star comfortable room, beautiful views, and convenient location to shops and restaurants and of course, the ocean. Breakfast (additional cost) also very good with several options and eggs made to order.

I love this Hotel - it is a favourite of mine and I am acknowledged as a loyal and frequent guest by the staff and a welcome back plate of treats in my room. This Hotel is centrally located in the Umhlanga Village with everything at your doorstep. It is well maintained and charmingly designed and offers the best value of any Hotel in this area. I enjoy the energy and environment of this Hotel very much

On this occasion there was an administration error and the hotel rebooked us into a more expensive high end resort hotel to compensate us. This was completely hassle free and was very much appreciated. They carried all the costs. Nice! I have stayed in this hotel previously and it is a good quality, clean, safe hotel which is near by some excellent restaurants in Umhlanga Rocks. They obviously care about customer experience.

The staff at this place are phenomenal!! We had only booked this for one night, but ended up staying for 4 nights because we all took turns with the stomach flu. There is a pharmacy connected with the hotel, which was wonderful. Each morning when I would go down to extend for another night, they would ask how we were doing, give us water bottles and ask if there was anything extra they could do to help out. Across the street was a small grocery store that we could pick up things.. Uber Eats works there also, but you have to meet them outside the front door. The beds are very comfortable and nice size bathroom. It is about a 5 minute walk down to Umhlanga rocks and the lighthouse. There is a mall within walking distance and also several other restaurants besides what is in the mall. Parking is covered and secured. Breakfast has so many options and is so good. I would definitely stay at this place again if we go back.
