Clean and tidy property, friendly staff, good breakfast

We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean.

Staff and hotel very nice. Good breakfast but the area is a bit dark..

Overall pretty good stay at the hotel, though the shampoo/body wash offered seems a bit lack luster. Also having a menu for the breakfast would be helpful, as asking the greeter at the dinning area with "what options are available, what do you serve, and 2-3 other forums of the same question yielded little results.

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere in bar. Room was great.
