"The property has good bones, but it looks like a maintenance team has not touched it for the past 2 years. The pool was clean, but the area surrounding it had no chairs and appeared to be under construction. There was a used toilet brush on the stairs leading up to the pool, the light fixture in the seating area was visibly sparking. In the room, sheets were stained and A/C did not work. "The road to the property is really bad even the Grab drivers struggled to drive at the property. Rooms had some issues and missing essential items however the management provided a room change and give some complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience. Overrall the photos are misleading, as the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The staff are kind though which somewhat makes up for the property. "

"I stayed in Bali for 4 nights. This one had the best bed out of the 4 villas. The bed was so soft and clean, I feel asleep immediately. The living room was really clean as well. Had everything we needed. Plus a welcome snack! Host replied almost instant! Great Value! "

The property also cared for water supply which was enough during our whole stay. If you want to explore the environment, probably you have to get a bike. "It was a beautiful property and the staff, Vicky, was friendly and very helpful! He even made a beautiful mandala on the table for my daughter’s arrival as she came after the rest of us. It was magical. "

"Resort is well laid out with access to a lovely private beach and the gardens are very well maintained. The restaurant needs an overhaul. We enjoyed a morning yoga session and the Gym is small but functional. Our villa was tired looking. The bed wasn't comfy and the sheets and pillow covers didn't smell fresh. The nightly rate reflects that the resort has seen better days"

"This was a very nice villa - It is in very good shape and they actually tried to welcome you and take care of your needs. The Pool is awesome. The location is next to a road but honestly it didnt bother us much. However, the "location" is not ideal which is why the overall 4 stars - it was a bit to get to the main street for dining options (or use grab which had some challenges). Overall, if you want to stay in Ungasan I would recommend this villa. They had not yet hired the butler which would probably have helped with some of our difficulties but did not deter significantly from our stay. "
