"We did the online check-in, which made check-in very easy and quick. Staff was extremely nice. Room was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Cold mini fridge. Temperature of water was awesome, yet water pressure was okay. Walk to the strip wasn't too bad either. Overall, would definitely stay here again. "

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay feel even more special. The rooms were extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable—definitely a place where you can truly relax and unwind. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything from the service to the quality of the meals exceeded my expectations. Overall, this is a beautiful property with top-notch service, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Helen, Georgia!"

"The property was clean, location was perfect. The door did not lock and we could not reach anyone to tell us how to fix this. But we did now have any trouble while the door was unlocked. Plenty of hot water!!!! Kitche was well supplied. Very comfortable. You feel like your oit of town secluded but very close to downtown Helen. It was a pretty location. Quiet neighbors. Very restful even being so close. The internet was spotty which ment the tv was spotty. But we were there for thw sweet little town. "

"Pretty good motel. Manager was friendly. Room was not cleaned on Sunday. Half of night latch on door was missing. Chairs in room were not comfortable at all. Entry door and bathroom door frame needed to be painted. Overall it was a nice stay. Would stay there again."
