"This was my third time staying at the double tree in downtown Battle Creek, and every time has been great.The staff is attentive, the hotel is newly renovated, and I love the walking distance to restaurants. The 16th floor bar is a wonderful place to take in the city lights at night."

My wife and I were looking forward to dinner when we arrived and we were so impressed. The food was amazing and the portions were sharable. Breakfast the next morning was just as good. "The place was kept up very well, the rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. Only had 2 issues (freezer in the little fridge so full of frost the door wouldn't close right and the shower curtain rod was extremely loose). I brought the issues up to the staff when we checked out and they made a note of it and thanked me for filling them in. Would DEFINITELY stay again."

"The only inconvenience was I made the reservation for double bed rooms and they give me a one bed . But I went back to the front desk and I told him I make the reservation with 2 beds and first he told me I have to get in contact with expidia and I told him no I show him the reservation and then he told me he changed it to 2 beds ."
