"Location was great, subway was just a block or 2 away. Staff was great. 20 minute walk to a few of the museums. As for the room, there were 2 red jellybeans on the floor by the beds. Even after 1 night and housekeeping came, they were still there. Sink had chips/crack, visible stains on carpet. Bathroom was clean, but those details took away the quality that was expected. Pillows were too big or bulky, not comfortable to sleep on. "

"PROS-Great breakfast- buffet, fresh fruits, delicious food, fresh and great tasting coffee, beautiful ambiance Shuttle to Union Statiom/Noma Nice location- close to Union Market, less a mile away from Metro Excellent staff- very responsive, respectful, friendly Clean room- very good shower, clean and comfy bed and pillows CONS- there’s a very little water coming out from the faucet in the sink. It wasn’t a problem for us though. Shower was great anyway. The outlet in the bathroom doesn’t have power. It’s not a problem also, there’s a lot of outlet by the big mirror right outside the bathroom! OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT STAY! Highly recommended! My family enjoyed the stay! "

"The staff was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I got to the site early & everyone helped to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. I like that they have a place to drop bags so I could do what I needed while I waited for my room. I was able to check in about 30 mins before 4pm and I was so grateful to get settled a little bit early. The room was very clean and I felt like I had everything I needed for my stay. The experience was so good, I signed up for a loyalty account. "

"The hotel was a great choice for our one-week stay in Washington. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made our stay especially pleasant. The room was very spacious and offered plenty of storage space, including in the bathroom. The shower worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast: it was varied and the coffee was very good. We especially appreciated that guests could choose real plates and cups—something that is unfortunately not always common in the U.S. The Wi-Fi worked reliably and having access to a free washing machine was another practical bonus. For noise-sensitive people, this hotel is not suitable. On weekends there is a loud club nearby and even otherwise you can occasionally hear noise. Overall, for us it was a very enjoyable stay."
