Top Union Mills Hotel Reviews

Quality Inn Black Mountain-Asheville East

8/10 Good

"Clean room. Fair breakfast."

Super 8 by Wyndham Black Mountain/Asheville East

8/10 Good

"Nice manager ,clean room ,good bed, very nice outdoor sitting area with two propane fireplaces. There was no breakfast except coffee and a pre packaged danish. What we didn't like were the 3 shady characters that wandered the parking lot with their hoodies and cell phones and sat in the chairs for the customers outdoors for hours and also stood right by our window and door at night talking away in Spanish and looked right into our room, i don't know if they were supposed to be workers or what , but it looked like they were living in the hotel too.Very creepy. If they wouldn't have been there I would give the place a better rating"

Authentic 1850’s Settlers cabin High Speed Internet

10/10 Excellent

"This little cabin more than exceeded our expectations! If you’re looking to truly get away from it all and stay somewhere incredibly serene, tucked away in the forest, and on a mountain, book this place! The minute we walked in, our spirits were lifted. The cabin has a cozy fireplace, a cute kitchen with a really creative drop-down table, and high-end appliances. I especially loved the convection / microwave combo and stovetop. There are two very comfortable beds upstairs. There is also a modern washer/dryer and a great shower. The cabin was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had dishes, cutlery, pots, and basic spices, and the bathroom had soap and shampoo. We loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. There are two comfortable recliners, cable TV, and the ability to use your own streaming apps. There’s also a fire pit out back and a clean, well-maintained gas grill on the porch. I grilled steaks and chicken, and everything came out great! We have two dogs, and they absolutely loved running and playing in the woods. The only downside was the spiral staircase—our Dalmatian wouldn’t go upstairs, although our smaller dog did with our help.Overall, this was a beautiful, peaceful, comfortable getaway. It felt like the perfect place to unplug, relax, and enjoy the quiet. We would definitely stay here again!."

The Shaded Crest (Adults Only 21+)

10/10 Excellent

"As many other reviews have stated, the Shaded Crest is a real gem of a place with wonderful hosts. The cabin was perfect for our stay both inside and out with the other facilities including the pool and spa which were welcome in very hot weather. Everything was spotless and the hosts were not just very welcoming helpful but passed on some great advice for our onward travel. The only downside is that we only had one night there!"

Super 8 by Wyndham Morganton

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was so helpful. I have a horrible sensitivity to smells and there was a cleaning smell in my room that would have made me very ill. The young man on duty immediately found me a new room, inspected it himself, brought is bottled water and came back about 30 minutes later to be sure the new room was ok. I would stay at this hotel again simply because he was kind. But that is not were this review ends. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and I was surprised with how quiet it was. I marked this hotel as a favorite so as we travel through this area we know that this is the place to stay. And the price....honestly was a huge deal!"

Fox Run at Lake Lure

8/10 Good

"This property did not disappoint!!! The villa we were in had everything we needed, and was very spacious. Our party had 6 adults and there were plenty enough beds and room for all of us. They have so many things for families to enjoy indoors and outdoor. We will definitely be booking again in the future. If you like to golf this is definitely a place to stay. Beautiful greenways."

Brand New LAKE FRONT-6 BR 7 BA home with direct views of Rumbling Bald
