"Expedia did not list an age minimum for check-in and after booking the nonrefundable room we called the hotel and they informed us that I could not check in because I was too young and would not allow us to switch the reservation to my friend who was traveling with me and was old enough to check in. They also would not check anyone in after midnight, and we would have arrived fifteen minutes after. It was very difficult to get ahold of either the Hyatt or Expedia to help us resolve our issue. Unfortunately, we were forced to forfeit our reservation and money and find a different hotel for the night after having traveled all day. Needless to say, we did not use Expedia or Hyatt again for the rest of our trip."

"There was a mouse in my room and it was a problem in many rooms in the hotel. This was concerning that an exterminator was not set up immediately to deal with the issue. "

"Winter decorations were over the top. Breakfast was awesome along with the staff. Clean. Only complaint was heater was set at 64 when we walked into the room. It had to be 74 or higher in the room. Had to shut it off to cool the room down. Is the best stocked BW with towels and cups. Thank you. "

"Our host is exceptional! The place was immaculate, very spacious and close to so many local amenities. "

"First, we had to leave because we thought we smelled gas. By the time the fire company came, and the gas company came and cleared the house. We had already left the house to go to dinner. The kitchen was filthy. The blender blade had rust on it. The washing machine smelled very bad and when you pulled back the rubber, you saw a ton of mold. In the bathtub when you took a bath, black things floated in the tub, which was also mold. But the most disturbing thing was, I asked for compensation from the host and was denied. "

"This place is truly a hidden gem. Very spacious, comfortable beds and the added baby bed and high chair were also nice. Roger was a pleasure to work with and highly communicative. I would stay here again and would recommend it."
