Room was clean, staff was up to par and pleasant. I stayed because of a snow storm coming so I could get to work. They never shoveled or salted the walkways or entrance, just plain plow the parking lot, the ice machine and vending machine were both broke on the 4th floor, and the key fob by the pool didn't work, which was closest to my room and parking.
