"The hotel shuttle took to long. Thirty minutes went to an hour. Hotel restaurant was closed whe we arrived at the hotel. In the morning we were charged $10 each for a 1/2 of a grill cheese. Will not be staying at your hotel again."

"We enjoyed staying here The first day we went up and used the roof terrace, pool and bar. Such an enjoyable experience, it’s so pretty Unfortunately for the rest of our stay it was closed for repairs The staff were very helpful and gave us a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience The location is good, easy to walk around Overall a great stay"

"Room was excellent, fabulous view. Amazing gym Elevators a little slow, quite often queues waiting I’m not sure if it was the balcony floor that made our feet really dirty as even though the room floor had black marks on they wouldn’t wipe off We kept our shoes on Maintenance being done at the pool floor, meaning with couldn’t get a lounger in the sun Overall though we had a great stay and would recommend"

"You can tell it is a very busy place so I’m sure it’s hard to do some maintenance.its not bad . Parking is kinda hit or miss and they make you pay for parking so you pay for parking when sometimes when you come back at night and there is no spots available "

"The room was so tiny you could not walk around the bed. So the person on the far side of the bed had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. The room in general was very well laid out. But super super tiny, it was a very little room for anything. It was generally smaller than a cabin on a cruise ship.. There's no sink in the bathroom. The sink is in the main room. A filmy curtain closes off the shower area. Otherwise, the shower is translucent, and a person can be seen inside the shower from outside the shower. High-priced. And you even had to pay for your coffee. No shuttle and generally no other amenities. Breakfast is an extra $25 per person."
