"We loved everything. The sofa bed was not the best but we did not care. Breakfast was delicious."

"It’s a place to sleep but that’s about it. Floors were dirty especially under the bed. I moved the bed against the wall so my son doesn’t fall off the bed and it was filthy. In the morning I had dropped something between the top of the mattress and the wall..went to grab it and noticed a spot of brown in between mattress and bed frame. I lifted it up to check for bed bug evidence. It was a huge brown/moldy spot. Maybe even blood. There was something there that looked like maybe a really old napkin or something. I didn’t expect any further just wanted to get out. The wall “trim” is disgusting, if you can even call it a trim. There’s gaps between the walls and the floor. Bathroom was especially bad. Tub looks like it needed to refinished years ago. Tons of brown/yellow spots. One of the outlets by the bed had a burnt spot on it..the list goes on. Oh and walls are paper thin you could hear a mouse sneeze. Like I said a place to sleep, but I would never sleep there again. I’m all about saving a buck but I’ve stayed at places in this price range that were much better. Spend a little more and get something nicer. Luckily I only needed a 1 night stay. If I needed any longer I would have checked out and found another. Only positives are that it is near a lot of things like food, Walmart, etc. There is also an ihop attached so at least I got some good pancakes."

"In room coffee maker made terrible coffee, tried in 2 separate rooms. Rooftop patio restaurant was excellent. Rooms were large & clean overlooking water and nighttime rocket launch Breakfast not included but lobby Bistro was nice. Our room not serviced and we were gone all day, don't know why. Staff everywhere were superb. "

"Everything about this home is great! It is unique and very spacious!! The view is amazing!! We saw a rocket launch while there directly across from us!! I would highly recommend this home and hope to be back again! I have stayed in many VRBOs and this was definitely one of my favs!!! "

"The house was very nice and check in was seamless. The bedrooms aren’t very big, and can only fit a small bed each. No tv in the bedrooms, but there’s no cable so it doesn’t matter. The internet is great and we were able to work as needed. Evenings were perfect for the fantastic screened back porch. We spent every evening and every morning out there. My only complaint is that I would have preferred to have been informed about the additional pet fee online prior to agreeing to, and paying for the unit, rather than getting a message from the homeowner after I reserved the unit informing me I needed to pay her direct. It was a minimum fee of 50.00 directly to the homeowner, but it seems that should be part of the upfront agreement. That being said, I still recommend this place. The lady has a beautiful home and it’s in a convenient location. She’s also very friendly and easy to deal with."

"The home was very clean, everything needed in the kitchen for coffee in the morning and any kind of cooking. It was so nice a quiet, located right near US1 and McDonald's, Dogs are US and the thrift store that is off the chart. We had a wonderful time."
