"Jean Marc ist ein toller und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Jean Marc ist sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Seine Unterkunft ist eine kleine Wohlfühloase in der man auch abends mit Freunden noch nett am Pool sitzen, reden und etwas trinken kann. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war großzügig und lecker. Wir hatten das Glück, dass es bei unserer Buchung dazu gehörte. "
"I got to the hotel at 9:47pm. I asked about dinner and I was told it is on-going. They assigned a room to me and I went to drop my luggages. When I return to the dinning hall at 9:56pm,they were packing. I asked about food and the receptionist old me there's no food. His name is Reuben Brou. Very stupid and disappointing to hear that. He told me to pick a taxi to Plateau to buy food. I asked him how could a foreign pick a taxi to where I do not know for food? Infact, it was my first time going...

"I had a very good time at the Residence Palace during my stay in Abidjan. The environment was clean, quiet, and secure, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. I also appreciated the convenient location and the overall quality of the facilities. "Stay was overall pleasant. The staff is definitely nice to guests. They open the doors for you, when you get back to your hotel from a car, they will open the car door for you… I felt secure the whole time.
The room inside was not too bad at all. The standard room is large, the decor was nice, and nice amenities inside like coffee maker, small fridge, and water replenished every day.
The restaurant was pretty nice as well. I enjoyed having lunch there or dinner. The food was not excellant but it was definitely good. Only issue one occasion they served me lukewarm food.
Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at Capitol Hotel. "
