"The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. "

"We adored the decor and small things that added to the ambience of this beautifully restored home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed. Parking was easy and the location was central. One bedroom does not receive central heat and was chilly but we found a space heater and extra blankets which were sufficient. Overall highly recommend! "

"The home was very clean and had plenty of room. Although we weren't there much, it was perfect for what we needed. We all had to leave very early and didn't return until later in the evening, so we loved that it has 3 full bathrooms. Everyone could get showered and get to where they needed to be. The owner answered quickly with our questions quickly and was very pleasant to rent from. Definitely would stay again. "
