"Room wasn’t as clean as usual "

"Business trip, comfortable room. They need more food options in the property that are open on the weekdays. Boardwalk nearby just does not have the options it used to have. Water issues in morning with cold water for shower, however they gave a warning they were working on the water system. Overall it was good especially for the money. Very good casino property."

"Clean spacious rooms. First Casino Hotel stay and very enjoyable. Easy access, very quiet and very comfortable. Gaming was a great experience. "

"Clean room nice staff"

"The hotel is nice but in your room you hear every noise and people are loud going down the wooden floors in hallway. The bar was nice but they say they offer a complimentary breakfast but it’s just some bread coffee and 10 day old bananas. My kids get offered more at school and if I am gonna pay 300 a night at least get a waffle maker. Lol. My room was nice but the jacuzzi tub is way outdated and it looks like the lights in the bathroom had caught fire and they never fixed the burns on the wall. It’s a cool place to stay but maybe stay at the Hilton down the block for 300 a night. "

"No Bell staff. Everything closed early. We couldn’t get water at 10:00 pm except the vending machines. They charged 5.00 bottle on the credit card. Valet was very friendly. Desk staff not so much"

"Worst hotel experience ever. Cut my leg on something sharp protruding from the bed frame. Called the front desk, complete lack of concern not even an apology. Went to my free breakfast the next morning woman looks on a sheet and says I don't get the free breakfast. Have to go back upstairs and find my trip package to prove that I do indeed get the free breakfast. All hours of the night there were lots of very noisy people in the hallway. Terrible experience"
