The reception was hard for us to find and we spent about 15 minutes wandering around, so it would be helpful to get an informational email saying exactly where to go for the reception. Room was clean, but no aircondition or just a regular fan, was warm outside. Nothing broken, but need to upgrade the look on the rooms. Refrigerator in the room broken - big plus and thank you to the receptionists and kitchen staff for helping me with my issue as I needed to keep some things cold, made a big difference!
Pillows too soft.

"Very comfortable hotel, spa was well furnished and quiet. Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards.

"Excellent place. They need you to show up before 2000 hrs on the day you check in. This is a hotel garni so it doesn’t have a 24 hour reception. There is some out of hours service from the attached Leon’s restaurant. The place is tiptop. You might have to wend your way up or down some steps to get to the room. It’s small but ideal for an outdoors holiday where you only come in to stay at night."
"I arrived and required change to pay my taxi, staff changed €100 note for me, later gave me directions to a local bank so I could refill my wallet. Even though the hotel is near the train station the hotel is very very quiet, one of the best sleeps I have ever had. Make sure to set your alarm as you will oversleep if you don’t. "
