"Clean room staff was very helpful and nice"

"The hotel is close to the MCI terminal and operates it's own shuttle for guests to get to the terminal. The driver was cheerful and helpful. The front desk clerk was also. The room was clean and attractive, and the black out curtains were great. With the AC on low, I heard no noise from either planes or the interstate. The price was reasonable."

"Great Staff. I accidentally left my credit card at the hotel restaurant and I was messaged by the hotel staff that it was found. Great bar. Very clean rooms."

"Front desk assistant gave us a key to an already occupied room. Safe to say we got out of there cause I didn't want to stay to let them make that mistake again and have some random walking in our room while we sleep."
