"I was asked to change rooms after my first night, because of the ongoing renovation. I am a day sleeper because I work nights as a nurse and I was woke up two times by staff wanting to hang curtains in the room that I had been asked to move to! No one apologized for the inconvenience or offered to compensate me for having to pack up and move rooms without help. I have been staying at this property regularly for almost 6 months and have never been treated so poorly."

" The hotel is nice. It’s clean and the staff work hard. They are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awful. I ate there one day. This is needs to change. The area is beautiful but more security. The parking lot is too dim. Beds are comfortable. I had a couple unpleasant experiences in the few days I was there. Overall: 8/10 "

"The townhome was squeaky clean, well-equipped and had a great layout for 4 adults - enough space in common and good separation between bedrooms. The location for us was ideal to easily explore Ballantyne. We had a great time!"
