"This newly built property presented precisely as it was listed on the site. Clean, with beautiful views of the surrounding area, it was within close proximity of the major sites (Oberammergau, Garmisch, Schloss Neuschwanstein, Ettal Abbey, etc.) The owner, who speaks English well, communicated quickly in response to our initial inquiry as well as subsequent questions we had. We would gladly stay here again for either a winter or summer visit to the region."

"Beautiful location right by the lake. The apartment is tastefully furnished with great amenities, and the host’s communication was excellent. Plenty of fantastic food options nearby as well. The only minor downside was the kitchen lighting (a bit dim) and the number of unused light switches, which made it tricky to figure out which ones actually worked."

"The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Loved the balcony which has great views, and it's right at the foot of a mountain with trails to a waterfall. It's about 10 minutes' walk from centre of town where you can get buses and trains to nearby towns - free transport with visitor card supplied by host. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant in the same building! Would recommend."
