"The property is rather new so everything is quite clean. The bed was a bit lumpy. The heating was temperamental and shut off in the middle of the night when it was the coldest. They did follow up with me on the second night to assure me they had fixed it, but it still shut off in the middle of the night for the second night in a row. I would still recommend this place because the communal kitchen makes a big difference in comfort and convenience. Just put on a sweater at night as it gets...

"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day.
