"Wir sind zum ersten Mal mit der Familie in die Schweiz gereist und dieses Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich noch schöner gemacht. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Besonders die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Ortschaften war einfach traumhaft. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. "First off, the staff was exceedingly friendly, professional, kind and very pleasant. We were received with a warm and friendly smile. The check-in process was very easy with no surprises. The property was a very short and easy walk from the ferry drop off point, and it was very clean and well maintained. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake, which made it very special. Our room was clean and very spacious. It was very obvious that the entire staff cared about what you care about. The breakfast was VERY good with no shortage of items to eat. You can eat in the breakfast area, or you can eat outside in the terrace area overlooking the lake. The view of the Alps from our balcony was stunning; postcard like. We will definitely return for another visit because of how awesome our stay was. Do not be afraid about staying here because you will not be disappointed. A “gem” for sure."

"Solid 5/5 experience. We arrived by a car and were greeted with a genuine warm welcome by the staff. The infinity pool, outdoor dining, room service, near by hiking trails, comfy bed, waking up to bird singing and cows walking bells, and delicious breakfast! Thank you for relaxing stay and a chance to reconnect to nature."

"I stay at the SwissEver semi-frequently when I travel for work as our HQ is in Steinhausen. I really want to call out Angela on reception who provides exceptional service to her guests. Every time I arrive to the warmest of welcomes, greeted like a returning friend - & nothing is too much trouble. Even when hundreds of guest arrive enmasse Angela keeps professional, calm & polite - such a credit to the hotel. The rooms could do with modernisation, the cleaning of late has dropped a little - the last twice I’ve had public hair in the shower, not hygiene bags & marks on either towels or bath mat, this does need attention as previously it was pristine! Otherwise, nice hotel, convenient location & the rooms are a great size."

"Third stay here and still just as satisfied with the hotel, the staff, the food, and the kindness of the owners. Only one downside however: Hotels.com should have warned me that major construction work would be underway during this period. There is a crane installed directly in front of the lake, so I wouldn't have paid for a lake-view room."
