The Aarburg is right on the riverside with extraordinary colours. The cafe is a vibrant goto within the city with gorgeous coffee and provides a great buffet breakfast. Our room was spacious with an adjoining room for the adult children. It has a lounge available with hot drinks for all guests. The staff were very friendly and it was our favourite stop as we travelled through Switzerland.

Property was situated on the water with beautiful views from our bedroom windows. Entire family loved the delicious breakfast and coffees served each morning. Beds were comfortable and we sleep deeply after long days hiking. Everyone at the Aarburg was lovely and accommodating. We’re so glad we chose this location. Train station was close enough to walk to. Loved exploring Unterseen, Interlaken and surrounding areas. Highly recommend getting the Oberland Pass. We hopped all over the valley using the pass, using all modes of transportation offered.

The location is PERFECT....right on the beautiful river, walking distance to the city center. The have a family room with dining room table, microwave, cozy chairs- a perfect spot to buy food at the local grocery and have some relaxing family time. The breakfast was delicious- best coffee I had the entire trip. This place is a 10/10!!!! (And the parking was SO EASY!!!!)

Interlaken is overall a small city but the Aarburgh is in the middle of everything… staff super friendly and helpful, rooms big and convenient for large groups, the hotel only has 6 rooms (that I could count). No AC, but you open the window and have a cool breeze

We enjoyed our stay in Aarburg Hotel and Cafe. The staff are friendly and the room is spacious with a view of the Aare river. The breakfast buffet for guests is delicious. We also enjoyed coming to the cafe downstairs for lunch. The location is great . We are able to walk to the train station and also walk around Interlaken for shopping. We loved our stay and we will want to stay here again next time.

Loved our stay at the Aarburg! Victoria and Rachel had been so helpful with trip and transport ideas. The guys were also awesome esp at breakfast. Love my latte and our scrambled eggs! They even gave me free latte to go!!!
