The location of the hotel is very convenient for business in Adlershof. The room is spacious and clean, some rooms are facing on the ground floor directly a street with a lot of traffic. Very noisy!!

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window? Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)

Really nice room and stay the spa and gym are wonderful as are the little hotel touches.
