"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "this hotel was in a fantastic spot - we had a view of the castle and island. Our balcony was amazing and it was close to everything. Their breakfast had everything you needed or wanted. the Beds were probably the most comfortable beds we had this whole trip. The only thing i would say is the hotel is a little tired. We had one of the bigger suites and the furniture was old and worn and the rug was as well. if these were updated, this is hands down one of the best hotels in the area!"
