"Equipe muito gentil, desde o checkin até o checkout. Café da manhã variado e com muita qualidade, piscina maravilhosa e a vista é o ponto alto da estadia no Gran Meliá Iguazú. Fiz a viagem com o meu marido e não faria com o nosso filho, nesse quesito, falta infraestrutura para receber crianças (espaço kids, piscina aquecida, recreação)."

"The property was very nicely thematic. We felt like we were in the jungle, which is what we were looking for. We didnt have lunch or dinner but breakfast was very good. We would definitely choose the hotel again"

"The hotel takes care of the customers very well! As we arrived in the midnight due to flight delay, the hotel sent very detailed message and video to tell how to find our room. The breakfast is also good. They arranged transportation services for us to go to the park as well as the service for cross border transfer. We were very happy with the hotel!"

"The hotel is a standard type with beautiful grounds and pool. The rooms are clean and roomy with all the traditional comforts of contemporary hotel. The stay includes breakfast and dinner but the dinner service is basic. The staff is very professional and helpful- they assisted us with our last minute requests."
