"The staff is the nicest you will ever find. Helpful, resourceful (we lost power one morning!), and very flexible. This is the second time I have stayed in two months of traveling to see my mother in Marquette, and I will come back every time. The rooms are clean, you can always get more towels if you need, and the view from the back of the hotel into the woods is spectacular."

"no real complaints....I understand they are short on staff. I did have to go to guest srvs to request coffee cups (only plastic was in room). Also the coffee machine tray had water in it (ok, I cleaned it). Main thing is the clock alarm sounded at 6am and I'd only gotten to sleep at 2:30 (insomnia). I did ask upon leaving that they remind staff to check the clocks. Also, the TV is a pain to get working. Not an Apple fan."
