The staff is excellent and very friendly. The property is gorgeous and the rooms have an amazing view of mount Vesuvius. There is a village within 5 minutes walking distance. They have shops and great restaurants. We loved the tranquility around the hotel. It really felt like being in Italy. If I have to say a negative it is a drive back into the city but the shuttle drivers have nerves of a steel and they are on time with their schedule.
