"Coral Beach Club was a wonderful choice for my family. (Husband/Wife & 3 little ones)The property was meticulously kept, and the Villa was cleanly and spacious. The Staff was kind and attentive. Special thanks to Bernadette! We utilized our splash pool, and the nearby sister resort’s infinity pool and market place as well. The Big Fish Restaurant offered high end dining and an array of dishes for any palate to enjoy! The location is on Dawn Beach yet minutes away from Orient Beach, and many excellent restaurants on the French side! We definitely recommend and hope to visit again one day!"

"Although the food and drinks were good, the customer service was terrible. Staying at this resort was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff were not friendly and not accommodating. I had no AC for 3 of the 4 nights there. After several complaints and multiple maintenance workers failing to fix the issue, they offered to upgrade me to a different room the night before checking out (my birthday) at 10:30pm. They did not offer a bellboy to assist with moving my bags from one room to the next. They only wanted to offer me a $50 credit which was useless since it was offered the night before checking out. The manager claimed she will find a different way to compensate me for my unfortunate stay but instead of offering anything I was approached with constant questioning and the run around until I checked out. Nothing was resolved. The bartenders were rude at the bars and the staff all around were not welcoming at all. Very disappointed with the stay and lack of customer service. I don’t recommend staying here."
