"Good place for families, it's close to Mega Parc, Galeries de la Capitale, Costco, and Quebec City. Breakfast was nice, stocked well, and a good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful in checking in and upkeep. Complementary coffee (including cappicinos) and juice were a nice touch. The rooms were clean and tidy for our arrival, and you don't hear the outside highway noise. For our family with young kids, the removable shower head was great to use for the little ones, like we do back home. Other places have a mounted showerhead that is high and not kid friendly. Overall, would recommend as a good stay. Free on site parking can be limited if the place is very busy though."

"Un oasis en pleine ville! Quel bonheur que de découvrir cet hôtel lors de notre dernier voyage à Québec. En plus d’avoir très bien dormi, nous avons eu la surprise de pouvoir profiter d’un spa avec piscine intérieure chauffée, bains à remous, bain froid et saunas dans un environnement tropical. Ça nous a permis de passer du bon temps sans avoir à sortir de l’hôtel. Plaisir assuré. Le stationnement gratuit sur place ainsi que la proximité du beau Café Smith pour le déjeuner sont des plus. Je recommande cet hôtel."

"The room was a little smelly. To me it felt as if the room had been a smoking room. The size of the room was nice and shower was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Warm water right away and pressure was really good. And location was really good. Overall a pleasant stay."
