"The staff made this trip extra memorable! The hotel is such a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. A special shoutout to the evening receptionist,Delphin, who tended to all of our needs. We also want to thank Enrik who made the most delicious breakfast crepes. We loved our stay so much, we booked again in August!"

"It’s a magical hotel to stay at during the winter holidays. The decorations are dreamy. Our room view on the 18th floor was stunning. The customer service was excellent. Our 3 years old enjoyed the treasure hunt throughout the castle. We were just very disappointed with the Holiday Brunch, for the same price or less we’ve had much more lavish brunches at the Renoir at Sofitel Montreal and at the Casino of Montreal. Overall it was a great family experience. "
