"The check in process was easy. Staff directed to a screen to allocate the room key. Room is tiny and internet is only accessible from room. Laundry services on bottom level, with small and very basic gym (treadmill, rower, bike, dumbbells and a single bench). The laundry room often smelled due to the heat, microwave in the same room, and close proximity to the public spa. "

"Perfect time"

"My stay was excellent from the start to finish. The reception staff were incredibly helpful ,accommodating, making checkin and out and other inquiries seamless. The room was spotless and the temp was perfectly set up for comfort. Transportation was also hassle free especially the shuttle service to Disney. Drivers were very polite and always on time. I enjoyed the breakfast as well- there were so many options to choose from. Servers were also polite and helpful showing me how to use the machines. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Clean, spacious room, great quality amenities. Hotel is quiet and conveniently located to shopping and Disney properties. There is a Lawsons on the first floor! Courteous and helpful staff. The buffet at the restaurant was very good. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea is very convenient. The checking in and out process were very smooth. There were a lot of options for the breakfast buffet. They could improve on cleaning the rooms/tidying up the bed though. Overall, we loved our stay! "
