Really friendly staff; 7/11 in the hotel which was brilliant for late night snacking! Lounge was excellent; rooms are a little outdated decor wise but spacious. Excellent transport links with a short 5 min walk to Shinagawa station! Overall would recommend.

"The location of the hotel was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. We the shuttle to and from Disney was easy, fast and on time. Overall for the price we would stay again. We did feel that the hallways of our floor smelled a bit like smoke and we had a non-smoking room."
