"New and beautiful hotel. Staffs are super friendly. Hotel is state of the art. Front desk and lobby is beautifully furnished. Lawson store located on 1st floor is bonus. Very convenient. We bought food everyday for breakfast. Rooms were clean, loved the shower and toilets. Great hotel for family with kids. Elevators are fast and they have 4 on each side of the hotel so less waiting time. They have shuttle to take you to maihama station, Disneyland and disneySea. Runs on a time schedule so...

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

"We were put in the older building as we are family of 4 and had bunk bed room. The Annex building is really old and rundown. The hallway carpets are stained and super dirty looking. The room itself is clean but also old. "
