"Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast"

"We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. "We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."

"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

"Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. "The hotel is central to everything in San Marino . Staff great , service great , rooms are good , comfy and very clean , ours had great views and balcony 👍 they are so helpful , even pick you up / return you to bus stop where Rmini bus drops you in SM , use the service it’s some hike up SM hills . Breakfast a pleasant surprise covered in room rate , and was lovely , coffee , fresh fruit , yoghurts , cream cheese and toppings , toasts , meats , cheeses , eggs , cereals so an absolute dejection to fill you and start your day . Enjoy folks , we did , and would / will return. "
