This property is located on the 1st floor without elevator of a tourist residence with a view of a superb communal swimming pool, green spaces and a splendid view of the Atlantic.
This warm and spacious apartment consists of: - An open kitchen with counter, fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, etc.) - A living/dining room with sofa bed (1 single bed) opening onto a large terrace and the garden located 2 steps from the swimming pool - A bedroom with a double bed 140cm x 190cm and a large dressing room - A cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds - A bathroom with bathtub - A bathroom with shower and toilet

The Bordaberry estate is made up of a group of 9 small buildings (with 1 floor) with neo-Basque architecture, surrounding the former mansion of Madame de Trévise. It is located in the heart of a private park of 12 hectares, on the Corniche Basque, a protected natural area and only 3 km from the beaches of Hendaye and Socoa. The communal swimming pool is open from May to September depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance work.
