"Loved the hotel! Excellent customer service The food at the restaurant was very good. Only thing our room felt warm even with the AC on. But we showered at night and that cooled us down. Besides that have nothing else to say. It’s walking distance to the main attraction areas and shopping. Liked the hotel very much."

"Staff were kind and attentive from check in to check out. Room was large and clean. Breakfast had a large variety and longer usual hours to accommodate guests leaving for different tours. My only complaint is the rooms didn’t seem very noise proof. I was near the elevator and staircase, and could people coming and going at all times and the different doors slam shut quite loudly. Would bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper."

"My friend and I stayed here after completing the 4 day salkanttay trek and wanted to splurge a bit - this was the perfect place to be! I’m pretty picky with my hotels because I can’t shake the itch of all the people who have slept there before me but this hotel was so clean and comfortable, I didn’t think about any of that for a second. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast buffet is awesome (you can get a fresh to cook omelette which is a really nice touch). It’s well located and the court yard outside is really beautiful. It was really lovely to stay here!"
