"We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of two couples and a dog. It was very well stocked and comfortable. The view was amazing from inside the house and on the back deck. It was great having a fire in the fire pit as the sun set. We enjoyed watching the ships and the sea birds. And Mount Rainier was an added bonus! The beach was great for our long walks. And the sunrise was gorgeous every morning. We were very close to restaurants and two farmers markets. Langley was just a short drive for more dining and shopping options. The host was responsive and helpful. Check in and check out were easy. And the onsite parking was spacious and convenient. We will come back again!"

"Overall, it was a great place to stay! A really lovely property, very hidden and quiet. There was plenty of very comfortable and cozy blankets and bedding. There were a couple of small details that made it not the perfect stay. There were lots of very big spiders all around the property, inside and on the porches. Which I totally understand happens and is natural, however made it something that we had to watch out for. There was also a couple of small details, like the curtain rod in the main bedroom not properly secured into the wall, several dishes we initially pulled out were still a bit dirty, and a wad of sheets and towels still in the dryer all tangled up. The little details do really make a difference especially in the mindset of wanting to be on vacation."

"Property had an amazing view and was a great location in the middle of the island for us. It was great to have the space and remoteness to have some peace and quiet with our family. It was also nice to have the local welcoming committee there for us when we showed up. The location on Google maps is accurate, however, it should be noted that the road was not super well marked and that you are driving down a dirt road to get to the property."

"I love Mutiny Bay, I wish I was still there. Going up, we stayed at the resort just a few lots south. The resort is gone, but there is two multi-million dollar homes in it's place. I spent many hours fishing from that dock over the years. Mostly with hand lines. That is the only place I wanted to retire.I do have a idea about a few grab bars and please fix the kitchen faucet. Also, I wish I could have made it to the water. The home was great, but it had too many steps up and down that I couldn't navigate safely. All in all it was a wonderful place. And the deer were a great touch. Thank you. PKH"

"The place is a cute and comfortable unit above a garage. It's in a peaceful location facing a lovely greenspace. It's also an easy drive to Freeland (even if Google maps took us on an odd detour - lol.)The only reason we didn't give this place a 5-star rating is due to the kitchenette and bed comfort. .The kitchenette is very small... one person at a time. My wife and I both hit our head on the sloped ceiling hard... even knocking a light out of the track above. It does have good amenities though, with a small plug-in electric 2-burner cooktop, a microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The refrigerator is just a small under-counter type. The host left us really good coffee, snacks, and even 4 farm fresh eggs! So nice! The main bed is OK comfortable - we prefer more firmness. I would also have preferred a less full pillow option. The hide-a-bed is just as you expect for a standard mattress of that type, but our teenager slept well on it,The host was super nice and communicated really well. We even enjoyed getting to meet their dog. We would recommend this location."

"My brother and I rented this property to spend time with a family member on Whitby Island. This property has lots of space. I thought we were getting the top half of the home only but the basement was accessible, which offered a 3rd bed and second bathroom. We didn't utilize it but it's good to note for if we need accommodates here in the future. Very close to amenities. Front deck is extremely large and the wheel chair ramp was a nice feature given our family member had very limited mobility. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, bathroom is large.The internet connection was terrible. Neither of us could get on so we just used our data, which also was spotty at times. This property would be extremely warm in the summer months as there is no AC but we had the windows open in the evening so it could off for a comfortable sleep. A barbecue would be a welcomed addition to this property as well.All and all, I would rate this property 4.6 out of 5. Worked well for for what we needed. Stayed 3 nights."

"Very lovely property. It was a great place for our large family to stay for wedding get together. Very clean and organized. The property manager was easy to contact and very helpful. The property offered lots of private space allowing us to get together without feeling overcrowed. Beautiful views and very relaxing. The property is close to a cute local specialty grocery and a few local eateries. The wedding venue "Fireseed" is withing a couple of miles. The accomodations are perfect for a larger family or group of friends."
