Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom cabin in Utica. This delightful property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy use of our fifty wooded acres with plenty of turkey, squirrels and white tail deer. The bedrooms feature 1 king bed upstairs in the loft with a smart tv and its own full bath featuring a standard tub and shower. Downstairs you’ll enjoy one easily accessible 1 queen bed bedroom, with a television ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Downstairs also includes one full bathroom, with a double jetted bathtub, you can indulge in a soothing soak after a day of exploring. The living room provides additional space with a sofa bed and television, perfect for lounging or accommodating extra guests. Amenities such as a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and AC / heat are all provided for your convenience. Enjoy nature trails on the property or fish in our acre and a half pond stocked with bass and bluegill. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
This is a very rural area. The cell service is not great and neither is the wifi. As with any remote location, you could encounter wildlife. Please be prepared to monitor your pets and children. Bring crates or kennels for your pets and please kennel them when they are unsupervised. You will be charged for any damage done by your pets to the property or furniture. There is no fenced area on the property for pets. Smoking is fine outside, there is a nice front porch area with seating. Please don’t litter our property and put cigarette butts in the garbage after they are extinguished. Please don’t smoke inside the cabin.
