We absolutely loved this hotel! The reception, dining and bedroom areas were gorgeous. We loved the lounge and also the wine bar in the evenings! It had a great vibe and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was really good too! Highly recommend staying here. It’s so close to everything!

The room was clean, the design is cool, room was a bit small tough. Breakfast was very good!
Unfortunately the public areas are not being cleaned up enough. I visited the Sauna at 7am and it was full of dirty towels and not cleaned up overnight.

Lovely location but let down by service level. Stay there every year, but this year there was a noticeable lack of attention by the staff. Few smiles, long waiting times to be served and an apparent lack of customer attention. Not as it used to be which is a great shame.
