The hotel is beautiful. The view is wonderful. Everything is clean, and the staff is amazing. The breakfast situation, however is a sh** show. It's extremely overcrowded, packing people shoulder-to-shoulder into the elevators. Then, waiting in line for a table. Then, fighting the crowd to get food and drink. By the time I got to my table, my food was cold because I had to wait in line for each item. There are just too many people to fit into one room. I would rather skip breakfast.

The room was spotless and the staff was very nice and helpful and advised that the marathon was going to be the Sunday that I left and suggested that I make my way early to the airport to avoid any delays, this was helpful and even organized my transportation, this is not my 1st stay with you, always pleased. Free upgrade and birthday chocolate at check in! They were really sweet! The room was super clean and loved that there was breakfast included. We had an amazing stay! Will return if we come back to NYC and recommend it to friends.
