Close to the city center. There were occasional people wandering in from the street toward closing time, but security promptly removed them. Overall, I always felt safe during my stay. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and complimentary water and coffee were provided. Security was excellent—you need to use your key card to enter the building, access the hotel lobby, use the elevator to your floor, and enter your room. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Enjoy my stay here, location is superb for getting out and about in Utrecht and beyond. Easy reach of the canal area and food/ shopping. Situated next to station which is a massive pro. Only negative for me was the stink in the lift area. Stayed in level 9 and when getting the lift down the pungent smell made me want to gag! Stagnant water or sewage either way its not pleasant. However it did not ruin Utrecht, the people the place - its the real Netherlands.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crown Plaza Utrecht. The location was excellent for access to train station, great shopping mall attached, short walk to the Oudegracht area with amazing restaurants and shops. Our room and bathroom were very clean and the bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Utrecht

It was a fine hotel for the night, right above the train station and next to the historic city centre. Room was clean. The blinds in our room were broken and not functioning properly so they didn't really work to keep the light out during the long summer nights. We didn't have breakfast or use any amenities.

This was an amazing property to stay at. The bed was comfortable, the tub was amazing after long days of shopping and walking. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a wide variety of options. Would stay again.
