We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! We arrived at the hotel, just a short walk from the tram stop which was super useful. Sadly there was no signage from that side, so we entered the hotel through the restaurant. Check in wasn't smooth, struggled to find our reservation, stating that we only had 2 rooms instead of 3. When finally the reservation was found, only 2 rooms were ready and we had to wait for the other one. "Great location for walking distance to the ArenA or AFAS Live. Metro/train stations very close by. Only issues were noise, the doors being quite heavy caused a lot of slamming noises at night, including the doors to the stairwells which were often in use because the elevators were having issues. ..."
