This magnificent two-bedroom duplex apartment, tastefully renovated throughout, is ideally located. From the living room window, you can watch your children playing on the Sorbiers ski slope.
It comprises an entrance hall, a modern and functional bathroom, and a beautiful open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, combination oven, microwave, oven, refrigerator, two induction hobs, a Nespresso capsule machine, and fondue and raclette sets. The living room features a very comfortable sofa bed (140cm), a flat-screen TV, a large table, and chairs for al fresco dining. This living area opens onto a large south-facing bay window leading to the balcony. You can take the stairs directly to the slopes or enjoy the large terrace.
On the lower level are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) for two people, and the other with a bunk bed (two 90cm single beds). A second bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet completes the layout.
Ample storage throughout the apartment, as well as a washing machine and dryer, are provided.
The south-facing terrace, located at the foot of the slopes, is furnished and accessible from the first floor.
